Lost another pound--seven pounds in six days.  So what do I eat on a 500 calorie diet?  I start the day with a liter of water, and then around 8:00am I drink tea or coffee sweetened with stevia.  If I am hungry before lunch, I eat my fruit.  Usually that is an apple because it fills me up most.  Lunch is 3 1/2 ounces of fat free beef, chicken, fish or shrimp and a vegetable.  I can also have one piece of melba toast if I need it.  I go without unless I am super hungry.  Dinner is the same--one fruit, one veggie, 3 1/2 ounces of meat, and melba toast.  My kinds of veggies and fruits are limited--no starchy vegetables or high sugar/calorie fruits.  I'm not supposed to have any fat or touch any oils. I can have all the lemon and stevia I want.  The HCG keeps me from feeling too hungry.  I take it three times per day.  Also, I am supposed to drink 3 liters of water per day.  That doesn't always happen.  And that is my life for 40 days!
