So I'm starting a new diet program this week.  I'm using HCG drops under the care of a naturopath.  The program starts by taking the drops for two days and eating like a fat-loving pig.  Then the plan drops to 500 calories per day for up to 40 days.  The HCG drops keep me from feeling hungry. I should lose 1/2 to 1 pound a day if it works the way they say.  Fortunately, I have a few specific things to eat.  Everything else is off limits!  Keeps it simple.
